Более 17 лет в ИТ, более 8 лет на позициях CTO (fintech startup Mafin.ru) или CTO-1 (e-commerce: Yandex.Market и retail: Mvideo.ru)
Управлял ИТ командами от 50 до 250 человек.
В своей практике решал практически любые задачи по построению и развитию ИТ, но особо полезен буду, если:
- ИТ команда - это слабоуправляемый черный ящик
- Необходимо серьезно ускорить разработку, сократив Time2Market, не теряя качества
- ИТ и бизнес слабо понимают друг друга или команда ИТ не вовлечена в достижение бизнес-результата
