Задачи:
- Административная поддержка офиса (заказ канцелярии и продуктов, наблюдение за чистотой и порядком в офисе и наличием всего необходимого для его стабильного функционирования).
-Полный цикл работы с поставщиками товаров и услуг: поиск, выбор, заказ, оформление документов, оценка качества.
-Прием и обслуживание гостей: кандидатов на вакансии, коллег из других офисов, партнеров компании.
-Организация мероприятий внутри офиса.
Помощь в организации бизнес-поездок сотрудников.
-Сопровождение документооборота: управление email и почтовой рассылкой, работа с корпоративными документами, контроль наличия финансовых документов.
-Поддержка релоцированных сотрудников и их семей, консультирование и оказание помощи в сложных ситуациях.
-Выполнение поручений Совета Директоров.
