The role

We are seeking an experienced payments individual who is able to serve as the first point of contact for PSPs whilst maximising payment provider acceptance rates and partnerships.

What you will do

Proactively sourcing new Payment Service Providers, profiling potential providers, initiating contact, managing the tendering process, and working with stakeholders in Legal, Finance, and Procurement to manage the onboarding process end to end.

Lead the negotiations with the payment providers around the Commercial terms.

Working and coordinating with the Payment team and other internal stakeholders to implement new Payment Service Providers, including testing, ensuring high performance of the Payment Provider as per the contract.

Secure and maintain payment system and mechanism for our group by ensuring we have business continuity and mitigation plans in place for our key markets.
Evolve our support processes and structure in order to drive better collaboration with player safety, finance, User experience, and market team.

UI/UX Lead Designer


We are looking for an experienced and highly creative UI/UX Designer who can develop and articulate great design into our app and website.

We are an early stage startup focusing on a mental health product for women during their pregnancy and beyond. Our goal is to create a space that provides continuous educational and emotional every day support for women, and promotes a worry-free and happy motherhood.
Our expectations are that you are an independent and highly experienced individual, able to define problems and solve them. That requires a broad set of design skills, and an ability to create high-quality designs, interactions and prototypes. You will be working closely with product and engineering teams to help drive the future of our products, as well as manage graphics designers and other UX/UI designers when needed.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work alongside engineers, business stakeholders and product managers throughout all stages of the product development cycle to develop a great product that aligns with the core vision;
- Lead the delivery of design work in partnership with UI/UX/Graphics designers, content strategists, product managers, marketing, CEO and engineering teams using wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity final designs;
- Collaborate with CPO to undertake user research, data analysis and user testing with customers, translating insights and findings into tangible solutions;
- Maintain knowledge of UX processes, standards, tools and best practices to achieve higher quality, lower costs and shorter time to release;
- Present work to different stakeholders and leadership for review and feedback;
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the team;
- Informally mentor and support the product team;
- Prototype and test early stage product feature ideas;
- Lead graphics designers and possibly other UX/UI designers in the future.

Qualifications and required skills:
- 4+ years experience as a UI/UX Designer at designing apps & websites for digital products, with primary focus on the apps;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good problem solving skills and a critical thinker;
- Detail-oriented and capable of articulating their decisions.
- Excellent UX and UI skills;
- Proficient in Figma;
- Ability to take feedback and incorporate it into future designs;
- Fluent English;
- Spoken Russian and/or Spanish preferred.
