Компании 3.5 года, за которые из 6 человек нас стало 80, не считая удаленных сотрудников. Половина команды - на Кипре, и именно сюда мы ищем специалиста, который поможет справиться с задачами дальнейшего роста.

к позиции прилагается следующий набор задач:

1. Рекрутмент (миды и выше, критерии соответствия кандидатов позиции очень жесткие). Объем - примерно 8-10 вакансий в год. Поиск кандидатов как на Кипр так и в Питер (в основном Кипр). Систематизация имеющейся базы кандидатов.
Это основная задача, думаю она будет занимать 2/3 времени.
2. в Кипрском офисе (около 40 человек) организация аттестаций всех сотрудников, при необходимости обучение лидов методологии, учет выполнения поставленных среднесрочных и долгосрочных задач.

Требования
1. релевантный опыт в геймдев-рекрутменте обязательно (хотя бы пару лет, наличие сети контактов, понимание профильных каналов коммуникации, знание основных игроков рынка).
2. Готовность к релокации на Кипр (удаленка не рассматривается)
3. Хороший английский нужен. Если не свободный - нужно будет взять обязательства его подтянуть за полгода (это более чем реально в стране, где английский - второй государственный язык). Основной язык общения в компании - русский, но не единственный.

1. зарплата - 2.5-3.5К евро/мес на руки + бонусы

1. Бизнес: частная школа-кампус с методиками Вальдорф, Монтессори и международным бакалавриатом.
