Всем привет!
Ищу работу на Кипре.
Мой опыт — 7 лет в разработке. Основной опыт — в хайлоад 1С в крупных ретейлах (Магнит, Мир Инструмента, КДВ Групп), но ищу смену стека.
В 1С помимо прочего использую Rabbit MQ, Jenkins, Git.
Более 2 лет занимаюсь в пет проектах на C#, Node.JS для семейного бизнеса (проект запущен, приносит деньги).
Хочу полностью сменить стек именно на Node.JS.
На Кипре буду находиться в качестве туриста с середины сентября до середины октября. При желании буду рад пройти очное или онлайн интервью.

Helio Games ищет сильного рекрутёра с развитием в HR-BP.
Компании 3.5 года, за которые из 6 человек нас стало 80, не считая удаленных сотрудников. Половина команды - на Кипре, и именно сюда мы ищем специалиста, который поможет справиться с задачами дальнейшего роста. Сайт в альфа-состоянии, но все ссылки там есть.

к позиции прилагается следующий набор задач:
1. Рекрутмент (миды и выше, критерии соответствия кандидатов позиции очень жесткие). Объем - примерно 8-10 вакансий в год. Поиск кандидатов как на Кипр так и в Питер (в основном Кипр). Систематизация имеющейся базы кандидатов.
Это основная задача, думаю она будет занимать 2/3 времени.
2. Организация в Питере (ресурсы в Питере есть, надо возглавить) стажерской геймдизайнерской программы объемом примерно 8-10 человек. именно поставить процесс, чтобы вовремя делались срезы по прогрессу, перспективные ребята переводились на джуновские позиции и первый год регулярно вносились изменения в обязанности по мере роста. Возможно постановка каналов набора этих стажеров (сайт, hh, тематические группы, каналы, студенты курсов где преподают руководители компании итд)
3. в Кипрском офисе (около 40 человек) организация аттестаций всех сотрудников, при необходимости обучение лидов методологии, учет выполнения поставленных среднесрочных и долгосрочных задач.
4. Драйвить нашу концепцию:
Джун (Питер)->мид (Питер)->сеньор (Питер)->сеньор (Кипр)
Требования
1. релевантный опыт в геймдев-рекрутменте обязательно (хотя бы пару лет, наличие сети контактов, понимание профильных каналов коммуникации, знание основных игроков рынка).
2. Готовность к релокации на Кипр (удаленка не рассматривается)
3. желание развиваться в сторону HR-BP
4. Хороший английский нужен. Если не свободный - нужно будет взять обязательства его подтянуть за полгода (это более чем реально в стране, где английский - второй государственный язык). Основной язык общения в компании - русский, но не единственный.
Условия
1. зарплата - 3-3.5К евро/мес на руки + бонусы
2. более чем адекватный менеджмент
3. высокий уровень самостоятельности
4. любые необходимые ресурсы
5. ДМС и так далее
6. комфортная релокация
