Open position of Architect/ Interior designer.

Requirements:

Working Permit in Cyprus.

Professional knowledge of ArchiCad (not less than 22 version, opportunity to work in 3d view, layers, catalogues) OR Revit.

Basic knowledge of AutoCad required. 

Photoshop, SketchUp/ 3Ds Max, Procreate as advantage!

Experience in the field of Interior Design not less than 5 years. Presentable portfolio and experience in implementing projects.

Higher professional education in Interior design/Architecture.

Responsibilities:

        Create sketch architectural projects with elevations, sections and facades, including 3d sketch in Archicad/Revit showing materials.

∙        Participate in discussions of briefs with the Customers and prepare technical documentation according to the request of the Customers.

∙        To assist in collaboration between the participants and subcontractors of the project.

∙        Control and supervise the deadlines for construction team, participants and subcontractors of the project.

∙        Make plans for an interior design projects (measuring plan, installation plan, dismantling plan, floor plan, ceiling plan, lighting plan, lighting plan with reference, electrical installation plan, wall sweep, finishing sheet, electrical fixture list, visualization points, explication premises), in accordance with the attached task. 

∙        Take measurements of the objects and draw it in the program (ArchiCAD/Revit).

∙        Create conceptual design of the spaces for design projects in Photoshop or Procreate
∙        Create 3d sketches in SketchUp program.
∙        Prepare design project books and print them.
∙        Visit and inspect objects at the state of construction in order to complete it in accordance with the design project.
∙        Prepare the budgets and estimates for furniture, materials and all the rest necessary elements for completing of project.
∙        Collaborate with shops and contractors in order to choose the furniture and materials for projects and to prepare quotations.

 Salary from 1500 euro net

Work at the office in center of Limassol

5 days a week, 8 hours a day

Languages: English obligatory, Russian and Greek as advantage.
