Job Description:

- Act as first point of contact for the Director, dealing with e-mail correspondence and phone calls;
- Act as Office Administrator and manage perform variety of administrative tasks;
- Managing diaries, organizing meetings;
- Managing personal and business communications;
- Arranging and booking travel, accommodation and transport for the Director and employees;
- Managing databases and filing systems;
- Organizational support of the office;
- PR support of corporate social channels and websites

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor`s Degree in Marketing/ Management;
- Minimum 1-year work related experience is needed;
- Strong administrative and organizational skills;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Highly organized with an ability to work under pressure and being able to multitask efficiency;
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of Greek and Russian will be considered as advantage;
- Excellent computer knowledge;
- Able to work as a team;
- Strong understanding of confidentiality principles;
- Introvert and modest personality would be an advantage.

Candidate Profile:

Proficient English;
University Graduate in Law (BSc/BA), Finance or Business Administration minimum 2.1,
Strong ability to analyze regulations and understanding of legal requirements and controls;
Ability to draft policies and procedures with practical approach;
Developed communication skills;
IT literate – proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point), ability to learn and use new products;
Team player;
Organized person with the ability to work unsupervised;
Preferably 2+ years of experience in Compliance, AML, Tax planning, Company Law, Corporate Regulatory or Legal Capacity.


Job Description:

Work as a part of Compliance Department and assist in managing of the compliance workload;
Responsible for KYC and Client Due Diligence Procedures,
Monitoring Company’s activities and reporting to the head of Compliance Department,
Providing and interpreting legal information regarding Company’s business,
Administrating Company’s Internal Control Management system,
Liaising with the Regulator,
Overseeing corrective actions for any compliance violations identified during reviews and internal audits,
Undertaking additional duties to meet Company’s needs.
