всем привет! есть драгоценный кадр для ИГРОВОЙ индустрии. Я его знаю лично, и могу рекомендовать как хорошего профи (Project Manager/ Development Director). #Вакансия Affiliate manager/Limassol

We are currently expanding and are looking for a highly motivated and talented Affiliate Manager (Limassol) preferably with experience in digital and affiliate marketing.
They will be responsible for developing existing partner channels and looking for new ones.

Responsibilities:

Implement affiliate marketing strategy:
research and acquisition of new partners;
retention and growth of affiliate accounts;
analysis of cooperation and optimization;
setting clear team goals and plan strategies for optimization;
affiliate networks set-up and management.
Maintain new and existing relations with online resellers and distribution partners worldwide;
Participate in planning and implementation of joint promotions with partners: provide supporting marketing collaterals; monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations;
Deliver regular reports of campaign results;
Accompany OEM deals: research of new partner, negotiations, signing a contract, preparing materials;
Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Background:

Master's degree in engineering, marketing or business preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing. Experience in affiliate marketing in a software industry and/or previous OEM account management experience is a plus.
Strong analytical skills.
Self-starter, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneous.
Highly organized with strong follow up skills.
Great communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent time and project management skills.

Умею приводить в порядок сбор веб-данных практически на любой стадии запуска/запущенности: базовый трекинг, конверсионные теги рекламных платформ, 1-page аналитика, e-commerce

Люблю вести с нуля проекты по интеграции 1st и 3rd party data: CRM + GA, CRM + AT, пилоты Adobe Analytics, DnB, Demandbase. Плодотворно и охотно работаю и с внутренними командами дата-инженеров, PM и девелоперов, и со сторонними агентствами/вендорами

Основной инструмент визуализации данных: Google Data Studio. Есть базовые представления о Power BI, но пока что не возникало в нём необходимости. Приходилось общаться с Sisense, не хотелось бы повторять этот опыт.

Main Responsibilities:
