Job description
Our company, an international group of companies is looking to hire a Finance Supervisor for their office in Limassol.
The role of the Supervisor is to help with the day to day operational activity of the Finance Department, including supervision of the Accounts and reporting to the CEO and Headquarters. The role requires a qualified accountant with experience in financial statements and management accounts and practical knowledge of international business structuring, domiciliation, compliance and taxes as well as good leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate on-going financial affairs of the Group with accounting and treasury staff;
• Cooperate with legal department to generate supporting documentation for transactions;
• Review financial reports, corporate documents and other relevant documentation and reports from tax perspective (e.g. risks, potential implications, etc.)
• Preparation and review of statutory financial statements for Cyprus and overseas companies;
• Preparation and review of year end tax computations and liaising with tax advisors;
• Managing the process of preparation and review of monthly management accounts;
• Researching tax legislation and monitoring latest amendments to international tax and other relevant legislation on a regular basis;
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness or timeliness through automation, simplification, or elimination.
• Liaising and negotiating with main external service providers, advisors and counterparties.
• Active involvement in ad-hoc projects.
Candidate Profile:
• Professional qualification with 0-2 years post-qualification experience – required;
• Recent hands-on experience in managing multinational group structures – required;
• Fluent English and Russian – required, Greek and other languages – advantage;
• Versatile experience in financial and management reporting as well as consolidation – required
• General computer literacy – required, knowledge of 1C and cloud accounting - advantage
• International taxation knowledge/experience – advantage
• Knowledge of corporate law in multiple jurisdictions - advantage
• Understanding of bank compliance and AML procedures - advantage

Имею опыт технической поддержки порядка 6 лет. 4 года - ремонт компьютеров (самозанятость), параллельно ещё год в ремонтной мастерской (портативная техника, компьютеры, оргтехника) и 2 года в технической поддержке телеком компании.
