This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to for office in all its operations addressing hardware, software, and network issues. Monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Assist with the setup, configuration, and installation of new hardware and software. Perform routine system checks, backups, and updates as scheduled. Document and track issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system. Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures, including security protocols. Participate in night shift handover and communication with day shift teams. Qualifications: Basic understanding of IT support principles, hardware, software, and networking. Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
