Our mission is to make a significant impact in the metal scene, and we’re looking for a dynamic Content Manager to join our team and help us connect with our fans in innovative ways. Role Overview: As our Content Manager, you will be the driving force behind our online presence, responsible for managing and executing our content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping our digital identity and engaging with our fanbase. Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Scheduling: o Implement a content calendar based on our content plan and promotional schedule. o Ensure timely and consistent posting across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. 2. Subscriber Engagement: o Actively engage with our followers by responding to comments, messages, and interacting with our online community. o Foster a strong, positive relationship with our fanbase to build loyalty and excitement around our music and events. 3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: o Track and analyze the performance of content across platforms using analytics tools. o Provide regular reports on engagement metrics, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness. 4. Trend Monitoring: o Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes to optimize content strategy. o Incorporate current trends and innovative ideas to keep our content fresh and relevant.
