Reports to: Head of Payments Systems and Payments Systems Manager Assistant

Purpose of the Role: To assist the Head of Payments Systems / Manager Assistant in managing the Company’s crypto payments system in a way that protects the Company and its stakeholders from harm caused by fraud and error, whilst maintaining the Company’s ability to transact freely and efficiently with its customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing day-to-day cryptocurrency activities.
• Leading the implementation of cryptocurrency payment systems, ensuring seamless integration.
• Conducting regular analysis of transaction data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Working to reduce operational risks in the cryptocurrency field.
• Establishing and maintaining transparent and secure cryptocurrency storage.
• Monitoring the performance of cryptocurrency payment systems and identifying areas for optimization.
• Management of payments received from suppliers
• with their current requests
• Generation and management of reports
• Addressing internal security issues and responding to related inquiries
• Conducting competitor analysis
• Assisting the Head of Payments Systems /Manager Assistant in handling complex payment issues and queries
• Handling payment and payment method information in a way that informs and supports business activities and decisions
• Liaising with external suppliers as instructed by Head of Payments Systems
• Promoting effective relationships between payment solutions and service providers and other operational teams
• Assisting the Head of Payments Systems / Manager Assistant in conducting external benchmarking
• Managing relationships with the key internal and external stakeholders
• Cooperating with other departments to help prevent abuse
• Update confluence page regularly
• Other tasks

Other responsibilities:
• Escalating issues to the Head of Payments Systems as appropriate
• Keeping abreast of professional knowledge by participating in training, maintaining personal networks and studying developments in quality management within the industry
• Undertaking other reasonable duties as instructed by senior management

Required Skills and Abilities
• Good understanding of various cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the functioning of cryptocurrency exchanges.
• Ability to navigate cryptocurrency platforms, wallets, and payment gateways. Familiarity with relevant software and tools for analysis, storage, and monitoring.
• Preferable good knowledge of the online gaming industry
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to analyze transaction data, identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. • Good organisation and prioritising abilities.
• Being meticulous in handling cryptocurrency transactions, data analysis, and security measures to prevent errors and mitigate risks.
