International brokerage company, regulated by CySEC, with an office in Limassol is looking to add English-Russian-Ukrainian-speaking client relationship manager to their team, responsible for maintaining client relationships and providing services.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in Russian or Ukrainian and English, results-oriented, and enthusiastic about customer service with a deep understanding of the financial market. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Transforming leads into clients through phone communication.
• Introduction, presentation, and effective promotion of company products and services.
• Developing relationships with new and existing clients, identifying client needs through active listening and consultations.
• Maintaining client relationships by providing information, answering questions, and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Ensuring effective execution of all procedures for opening new accounts and verifying client information and documents.
• Collaborating with internal departments, such as documentation and operations, to address client inquiries and resolve issues.
• Recording client interactions and maintaining relevant information in the client relationship management system.
• Assessing and understanding client needs before presenting relevant products/services.
• Educating clients about company products and trading systems.
• Staying informed about market trends and industry developments.
• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals set by the company.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Higher education in economics, finance, business management, or a related field.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Russian or Ukrainian.
• Experience in customer service in financial markets.
• Deep understanding of the financial sector, investment products, and all aspects of the FX workflow, financial markets, and exchanges.
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, and relationship-building skills.
• Team player able to work independently.
• Excellent computer skills, ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Knowledge of financial industry regulatory requirements.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
