We are looking for an ambitious, personable, hungry to learn and proactive IT Talent Sourcer for our Talent Acquisition team.

As an IT Talent Sourcer, you will work closely with our recruiters to identify and engage with top IT talent in the industry. You will use your knowledge of the latest sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networking sites.

Tasks in the role:

utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top IT talent;
screen and qualify candidates to ensure they meet our hiring criteria;
build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future positions;
stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing;
collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Requirements:
proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role, preferably in the IT industry;
familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems;
excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
strong organizational and time management skills;
ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities;
bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred;
Advanced level of English required. Greek and Russian as a plus.
