Cleverside (Cyprus, Limassol) is looking for an entrepreneurial and highly motivated Monetization Manager. As a Monetization Manager, you will be responsible for growing and optimizing some of the company's most strategic partner accounts and will have a key role in leading these partners to achieve growth and revenue goals.
Position: Monetization Manager
Location: Poland (remote)
Employment: full time
Responsibilities:
• Performance analytics and optimization of advertising settings in order to maximize advertising revenue;
• Constant search of revenue growth points;
• Experience with analytics systems;
• Maintain and improve waterfalls with internal optimization tools;
• Maintaining and building relationships with advertising partners. Including negotiating deals to optimize revenue and resolving technical issues;
• Cooperation with Development/QA (create documentation/tasks in order to implement new partners and solve technical issues);
• Cooperation with BI/UAM to improve application performance;
• Cooperation with Game Producers/Game Designers in order to improve the balance between user experience and monetization inside the application.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in Monetization;
• Excellent analytical skills and full proficiency Excel/Google Spreadsheet;
• Strong communication skills;
• English at least B2 level;
• Interest in mobile gaming;
• Self-learner and curious;
• Highly motivated, hungry to make an impact;
• Well organized
