ETL DEVELOPER

Project

Patient Support programs for a big medical company in US.

System that contains data and tracking communication with patients enrolled in medical
programs. Ambassadors (certified nurses - our users) provide support on specific
products. This is not medical support or advise (this is done by medical office), but
information on the product, how to take it, what to expect, how it works, collateral
effects, help with managing the product, insurance.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Data Engineer to design stable and reliable integration and
reporting processes for the Healthcare company. You will be responsible for developing,
improving and maintaining new and existing databases to help users retrieve data
effectively.

As part of our IT team, you will work closely with Tableau and other developers to ensure
system consistency. You will also collaborate with clients to provide technical support and
groom new requirements with a team. Communication and organization skills are keys
for this position, along with a problem-solution attitude.

● Architect, build, monitor and maintain data ETL/ELT pipelines;
● Optimize and maintain existing solutions;
● Design dwh architecture according to requests and perform tests;
● Groom and estimate user requirements and identify new features;
● Develop technical and training manuals;
● Provide data management support to users.

Requirements

● 2+ years experience in data engineering;
● Coding proficiency in Python and strong knowledge of SQL required;
● Experienced in building complex ETL pipelines (experience with Airflow is a plus),
understand basic concepts of Data warehousing and Data Governance;
● Good knowledge in RDBMS and NoSQL technologies (Postgres is a great plus);
● Excellent analytical and organisation skills;
● An ability to understand front-end users requirements and a problem-solving
attitude;
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Working Conditions

● Trial period – 3 months;
● Regular salary and position reviews;
