Key qualifications of the candidate:
— 3+ years of experience designing, developing REST APIs using Node.js.
— 3+ years of experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB (Aggregation framework), PostgreSQL, TSQL).
- NodeJS ORM tools like Sequelize or TypeORM and Mongoose.
— 3+ years of experience with large microservice-based architectures, container orchestration frameworks: Kubernetes/Amazon EKS, AWS kinesis streams, S3 buckets.
- Experience building lambda functions with Node.js.
— Experience with TypeORM and Mongoose
- Experience troubleshooting APIs using AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail or similar tools.
— Experienced with JavaScript frameworks like Express.js, Socket.io, Nest.js
- Deep understanding of User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
— Experience with CICD pipelines.
— Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
— Ability to understand business requirements and translate into technical requirements.
Nice to have:
— Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
— Understanding of TypeScript and the latest ECMAScript standards.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools - Git (Gitlab).
— Exposure to retail industry, experience with e-commerce applications.
