We are looking for a Head of Product to work with our new internal blockchain product.
You will:
Be responsible for the end-to-end product business plan from concept to production.
Be in charge of an international Internet product and be responsible for P&L (reporting directly to the business
owner).
Develop the product with a dedicated product team (vision / roadmap / backlog).
Identify and prioritize requirements from users and the product team.
Organize and control the work of the product team, and reorganize it if necessary.
Successful candidate:
Has successful experience with blockchain products.
Has leadership and management skills.
Demonstrates the ability to clearly plan, assess risks and prioritize, set and control tasks, effectively delegate and
manage the team.
Possesses systematic and flexible thinking, is able to analyze information and make decisions.
English is upper intermediate level or above.
