PRODLY , Silicon Valley-based tech company, is looking for a Senior Specialist, Finance Operations in Cyprus.

The team is based in the USA, Cyprus, and in 5 other countries worldwide.

Our essentials:
Collaborate closely with our accounting team for US and Cyprus tax assistance
Collaborate with the finance team for day to day accounting tasks and compliance matters
Collaborate with our finance team for 409A valuations of the company
Assist in regular investment updates and other funds raising activities
Collaborate with the legal team when necessary
Collaborate with Operations external partners and service providers
Lead some Operations projects and implement new tools, processes, benefits etc.
Create various Operations reports, lists, guides, instructions when necessary
Constantly track Operations progress regarding some particular projects
