Job Overview:
We are looking for a young, ambitious Structural Engineer who is eager to grow and develop within our company. This role involves reviewing, coordinating, and optimizing structural designs from external consultants, ensuring smooth collaboration between architects, MEP designers, and construction teams. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about structural engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design & Review: Analyze, check, and comment on structural drawings and calculations from external consultants.
• Technical Coordination: Work closely with architects, MEP designers, and other stakeholders to ensure structural solutions integrate seamlessly.
• Quality Control: Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Identify design issues, propose improvements, and assist in optimizing structural solutions.
• Support During Construction: Provide technical input and support the project team in resolving on-site structural challenges.
• Growth & Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest structural engineering trends and actively develop skills within INEX.
Requirements:
• Education: Degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years (but open to ambitious young professionals).
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of structural design principles and materials.
• Ability to read, interpret, and review architectural and engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of relevant software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, Tekla, AutoCAD, Revit).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in English; Greek is a plus.
