As a regular player, you need to make sure you vote to play every Thursday as early as possible to actually get in.
VIP access to Catholic School can only be obtained by registering on http://Cyprusago.com and paying online, 20€ every 2 months. As a VIP player, you can vote to play each Thursday at any time before 15:00 and you (and you alone, no +1s) are guaranteed a spot that day.
Any friends may join if they register in the Bot as you did before and vote on time on a particular day or get a VIP access.
