Вот у меня сейчас в Бельгии физическая на андройде глючит, постоянно сеть теряет, а esim на яблоке +/- работает даже раздавать умудряется. Выглядит как какой-то технический сбой, надо дергать поддержку.

1.Remove both SIM cards from your phone.
2.Insert only the Cablenet SIM card.
3.Restart your phone.
4.Make sure Data Roaming is enabled.
If the issue persists, proceed with the following settings:
1.Open the SIM Toolkit or Cablenet app on your device.
2.Select Roaming.
3.Tap on Mode Selection.
4.Choose Manual, then select National.
5.Restart your device again.
If your phone still does not connect to the network:
6.Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Network > Network Operators, and manually select TELENET (KPN) as the provider.
For mobile data settings:
•Go to Settings > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names (APN) and create or edit a profile with the following details:
1)Name: cablenet
2)APN: cablenet

у меня с эпиком было такое. попробуйте принудительно подключаться по 4g или даже 3g. или отключить VoLTE в настройках если доступно

Здравствуйте. Нет, все советы перепробовал. Похоже это ограничение моего тарифа (так по крайне мере чатгпт предположил). У меня промо тариф 5 евро безлимит. До офиса еще не дошел чтобы разобраться до конца

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap Mobile Data
3. Tap Mobile Data Options.
4. Turn Data Roaming ON.
5. Turn Voice & Data to 4G or LTE, not 5G.
6. Press the Back arrow to save changes.
7. Tap Mobile Data Network.
8. Under Mobile Data section and under personal hotspot section, check if there is an APN named cablenet.
If not, enter the following:
- APN: cablenet
- Username: (leave blank)
- Password: (leave blank)
9. Press the Back arrow to save changes.
10. Tap SIM Applications.
11. Then tap Roaming > Select Mode > Automatic.
12. Restart your iPhone and test the connection.
По этой инструкции все сделал и заработало.

В ручном режиме а настройках оператора выбирал. К кому то из них подключалось и смс приходили
