А что будет если не подписать?) цену накинут? Или возможно вы когда-то подписали какой-то пункт, что вы должны подписать такой ваучер… я когда недавно сита файбер подключался, тоже что-то подписывал, получение дотации от государства по этим же условиям, только это ваучером не звалось, или мне так не сказали)
