@BernuhovДобрый день, уважаемые! Вопрос такой - есть ли обстоятельства при которых можно покинуть 14-дневный карантин без штрафа и криминал рекорда? (Кроме теста на 12-й день). Условно - не для похода в кафе, а в какой-то экстренной ситуации
