Citizens of the European Union as well as Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland are allowed to freely enter Hungary, without restrictions, and Hungarian citizens returning from the countries of the EU or the European Economic Area do not have to enter quarantine after crossing the Hungarian border either. This does not apply to the United Kingdom; UK citizens may only enter Hungary with separate permission, and subject to individual assessment may be obliged to enter quarantine for two weeks, while Hungarian citizens returning from the UK are allowed to enter Hungary without any restriction.

For foreigners, the entry into the territory of Hungary is not allowed, except for humanitarian purposes. Citizens of Serbia can enter without any restriction from Serbia.

@Ashhbbenнужен конкретный кейс с Венгрией, т.к. на сайте в одном месте пишут "граждане ЕС можно" , а другом "граждане 3х стран не из ЕС нельзя" ... т.е. по идее если гражданин 3й страны но из ЕС , то можно...
