According to an order of the Minister of Health from 11.08.2020 From August 11 th, a citizens of United Arab Emirates can enter Bulgaria without a PCR test. PCR tests are not required for persons arriving in Bulgaria from a citizen of a Member State of the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, a Schengen Party (including San Marino, Andorra, Monaco and Vatican City), as well as from Algeria, Australia, Canada, Georgia, Japan, Morocco, New Zealand, Rwanda, Republic of Korea, Thailand, Tunisia, Eastern Republic of Uruguay. They are not subject to 14-day quarantine.
